Privacy policy

How BL Partners processes your personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

BL Partners is the data controller. Contact: contacto@beckhamtaxlawyers.com. The Data Protection Officer (where applicable) is reachable at the same address.

What we collect, and why

Eligibility assessment: the answers you provide and the resulting verdict. Account: name, email, language preference, and a hashed authentication token. Engagement: documents and information you upload to your case file (passport, contract, NIE, prior tax-residency evidence, etc.). Lead capture: name, email and message you send through the contact form.

Lawful basis

Pre-contractual measures and the performance of the service you have requested (Article 6.1.b GDPR), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (Article 6.1.f) and, where applicable, your consent (Article 6.1.a) — for example for marketing communications.

Retention

Engagement files are retained for the period required by Spanish law for tax and professional records (currently up to ten years for certain matters). Anonymous assessments are retained for up to twelve months. You may request deletion at any time, subject to mandatory retention.

Recipients and processors

We share data only with the providers necessary to operate the service (hosting and cookieless visit statistics, transactional email, appointment scheduling, secure document storage), each bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es). To exercise these rights, write to contacto@beckhamtaxlawyers.com.
